Luxurious executive suites, smart room technology, stylishly designed bathrooms

The gym is woefully inadequate with only three cardio machines!!! The cleanliness left much to be desired, as I found hair in the shower upon arrival. Attention to these details would greatly enhance the experience!!!

The room had nice decor, but the cleaning staff barged in too early each morning.

The steam shower was a perfect way to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. I also appreciated the attentive service that made me feel well cared for during my stay.

The hotel lobby had a charming ambiance, and the upgraded room features made our stay very pleasant. We particularly enjoyed the lovely local dining recommendations from the staff.

The spa was super relaxing with a steam room and Turkish bath to unwind after a long day. Just a heads up, the gym was a bit lacking, but that didn't take away from our great stay! 😊

Stunning location and spacious rooms.

The location was great, just a short walk to the center. The room felt modern, clean, and had a comfortable bathroom. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was subpar and didn’t cool the room properly. Check-in was a hassle. I waited a long time and the staff seemed irritated, which set a bad tone. Breakfast had many choices but some items ran out quickly and staff struggled to keep everything replenished. I appreciated the clean environment overall, but the hotel felt a bit outdated in some areas. It had the potential to be a much better experience with a few updates and training for the staff.

The Cavour exuded charm with its elegant decor and spacious layout, making it easy for us seniors to navigate. The lovely areas were inviting, and the modern touches in our room were a delight, brightening our stay.

More comfortable seating in common areas, please.

During my stay at Hotel Cavour, I felt immersed in Milan's artistic spirit. The spacious executive room offered modern touches while also reflecting local charm. Although the breakfast area felt cramped at times, the convenience to major attractions enriched my experience .

Great stay near the city!

Really enjoyed our stay! The breakfast was amazing with all kinds of Italian goodies, and the staff was super friendly, speaking multiple languages. Our room was decent size but the shower kinda leaked onto the floor. Perfectly located within walking distance to sights and a train station. Definitely a solid choice for anyone visiting.

The Classic Double Room was pretty cozy, with great air-conditioning that totally helped with the heat. The bed was comfortable, which made for good sleep after long days out. I liked the modern decor and the bathroom was stylish, too. Only downside was it felt a bit small, but definitely bright and welcoming. Nice overall vibe.

The air-conditioning in room 422 struggled, leaving the space overheated without clear controls to adjust the temperature, forcing us to open a window in cooler weather. Additionally, the door lock needed some lubrication, as it opened with considerable difficulty. Several areas of the hotel showcased a mix of dated decor and modern refurbishments, which might surprise guests expecting uniformity. Our room had a minor cleanliness issue upon arrival, as we found hair on the bed. Overall, while these issues weren't deal-breakers, they may be worth considering for a future stay.

This hotel suits me perfectly, offering free wi-fi, a cozy bar area, and a helpful 24-hour reception. I still remember how the staff kindly provided a phone charger during my first stay. I highly recommend it for comfort and service. I'll be back for Easter!
